PRIVACY POLICY

Last Updated: September 6, 2026

Quietly Iconiq and Stephanie Anastasia (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared when you visit quietlyiconiq.com, stephanieanastasia.com, or use the websites, interactive tools, digital resources, and other services made available through them (collectively, the “Sites”).

By using the Sites, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. OUR APPROACH TO PRIVACY

We believe creative tools should collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate.

Certain interactive experiences are intentionally designed so that your creative work or personal entries remain within your browser or device rather than being stored in a Quietly Iconiq user account.

However, the Sites may still receive limited technical, analytics, communication, or other information as described below.

2. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

Depending on how you use the Sites, you may voluntarily provide information such as:

• Your name

• Email address

• Information included in a message or inquiry

• Information submitted through a contact form

• Materials you intentionally send to us

• Other information you choose to provide when communicating with us

Please do not send sensitive personal information through general contact forms or email unless it is necessary for your inquiry.

3. INTERACTIVE TOOLS AND LOCAL STORAGE

The Sites may provide interactive creative and organizational tools through Iconiq Vision Studio, including planning, vision-board, logo-design, and similar experiences.

Some of these tools may use your browser's local storage or similar device-based technology to save your work.

When a tool expressly states that your information stays on your device, the information stored through that local feature is not intentionally transmitted to or stored in a Quietly Iconiq user database.

Local information may be lost if you:

• Clear your browser data or local storage

• Delete site data

• Use private or incognito browsing

• Change browsers or devices

• Reset your device

• Use browser settings or software that automatically removes local data

You are responsible for saving or exporting anything you wish to preserve.

4. LOGO STUDIO

Logo Studio allows users to create and customize logo concepts.

Logo Studio may allow you to enter information such as a brand name, tagline, initials, colors, design preferences, and other creative choices.

It may also allow you to upload images for use within your design.

Where Logo Studio states that designs and uploads remain on your device, those materials are processed locally through your browser and are not intentionally uploaded to or stored in a Quietly Iconiq database.

Downloaded logo files are saved to the location selected or controlled by your browser or device.

We recommend that you avoid uploading confidential material or images you do not have permission to use.

5. OTHER LOCALLY STORED TOOLS

Other interactive tools may similarly store information on your device.

This could include planner entries, creative projects, preferences, saved designs, or other information generated while using the tool.

The privacy notice displayed within a particular tool should be read together with this Privacy Policy.

6. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

When you visit a website, certain technical information may be transmitted automatically by your browser, device, hosting provider, analytics provider, or related infrastructure.

Depending on the services currently enabled on the Sites, this may include:

• IP address or approximate geographic region

• Browser type

• Device type

• Operating system

• Referring website or source

• Pages viewed

• Date and time of visits

• General interaction or usage information

• Technical information necessary for security and site operation

This information is generally used to understand website performance, audience trends, security, and how visitors interact with the Sites.

7. ANALYTICS

We may use privacy-conscious website analytics or similar measurement technologies to understand how the Sites are being used.

Analytics may help us understand information such as:

• Number of visits

• Page views

• Popular pages or features

• General referral sources

• Device categories

• Approximate geographic trends

• Website performance

Analytics information is used to improve the Sites, understand what visitors find useful, and maintain website functionality.

The analytics technologies used by the Sites may change over time.

8. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

The Sites or third-party services used by the Sites may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies.

These technologies may be necessary for:

• Website functionality

• Remembering preferences

• Local interactive-tool storage

• Analytics

• Security

• Embedded or third-party services

You can generally control cookies and website storage through your browser settings.

Disabling certain technologies may prevent some interactive features from functioning correctly.

9. AFFILIATE LINKS

The Sites may contain affiliate links.

When you click an affiliate link, the applicable affiliate network, retailer, or brand may use cookies, tracking parameters, or similar technology to determine whether a purchase or other qualifying activity resulted from that referral.

We may receive a commission or other benefit from qualifying activity, potentially at no additional cost to you.

The third party's own privacy policy governs information it collects after you interact with its website or service.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Sites may link to or interact with third-party websites and platforms, including retailers, affiliate networks, social-media platforms, hosting services, creative platforms, or other online services.

Once you leave our Sites or interact directly with a third-party service, that service's privacy practices apply.

We do not control the privacy practices of independent third parties and encourage you to review their policies when appropriate.

11. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Information that we actually receive may be used to:

• Operate and maintain the Sites

• Respond to messages and inquiries

• Provide requested information or services

• Understand general website usage

• Improve content, design, and interactive tools

• Diagnose technical problems

• Protect the Sites against misuse or security threats

• Maintain records when reasonably necessary

• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use locally stored creative content that is never transmitted to us.

12. SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not sell personal information for money.

We also do not intend to operate the Sites as businesses whose purpose is to collect and sell visitors' personal information.

Certain third-party affiliate, analytics, social, or embedded services may independently process information according to their own privacy policies.

13. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We may share limited information when reasonably necessary with service providers that help operate the Sites, such as hosting, analytics, security, or communication providers.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law or legal process

• Protect our legal rights

• Investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues

• Protect users or others from harm

• Complete a business transfer or restructuring if one ever occurs

We do not intentionally share locally stored content that we never receive.

14. DATA RETENTION

Information we directly receive is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate operational needs, dispute resolution, or applicable legal requirements.

Information stored only through your browser's local storage remains subject to your device and browser controls.

You may generally delete locally stored information by using controls provided within the applicable tool or by clearing the relevant site data through your browser.

Please remember that clearing site data may permanently erase locally saved projects.

15. DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the Sites to protect information within our control.

However, no website, device, browser, storage method, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You should protect your own devices and accounts and maintain copies of important downloaded or locally stored work.

16. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information that we actually hold about you.

These may include rights to request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information.

You may contact us regarding a privacy request using the email address below.

We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

For information that exists only in your browser or on your device and was never transmitted to us, we generally cannot access, retrieve, modify, or delete that information for you. You control that information through the applicable tool, browser, or device.

17. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Sites are intended for a general audience and are not designed for the purpose of collecting personal information from children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us inappropriately, please contact us so the situation can be reviewed.

18. DO NOT TRACK AND BROWSER CONTROLS

Browsers and devices may provide privacy controls, including cookie restrictions, tracking protections, local-storage controls, and “Do Not Track” signals.

Because websites and third-party services may respond differently to these technologies, we cannot guarantee that every service used by the Sites responds to every browser signal in the same manner.

You may use your browser's privacy settings to control many forms of website storage and tracking.

19. EXTERNAL PURCHASES

Quietly Iconiq and Stephanie Anastasia may link visitors to products or services sold by third parties.

Payment information provided directly to a third-party retailer, marketplace, affiliate partner, or payment processor is handled by that third party under its own privacy practices.

Unless specifically stated otherwise at the point of purchase, we do not directly receive or store your full payment-card information merely because you followed a shopping link from the Sites.

20. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS

The Sites may be accessible internationally.

If you access the Sites from outside the United States, information processed by website infrastructure or third-party services may be processed in countries other than your own.

Privacy rights and requirements vary by jurisdiction.

21. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Sites, interactive tools, analytics technologies, or legal requirements evolve.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.

Material changes may also be communicated through the Sites when appropriate.
