Welcome to Quietly Iconiq and Stephanie Anastasia. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of quietlyiconiq.com, stephanieanastasia.com, and the websites, interactive tools, digital resources, downloads, creative content, and other services made available through them (collectively, the “Sites”).

By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

1. ABOUT THE SITES

Quietly Iconiq and Stephanie Anastasia provide creative content, design resources, portfolio materials, editorial content, product recommendations, free digital downloads, and interactive creative and organizational tools. Features and content may be added, changed, improved, or discontinued over time.

2. PERSONAL USE

Unless otherwise stated, the Sites and their free resources are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the Sites and interactive tools for your own personal or creative projects. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Sites themselves, their original design, proprietary content, downloadable resources, or underlying materials without permission. Specific downloads or resources may include additional usage terms. When they do, those terms also apply.

3. INTERACTIVE TOOLS

The Sites may provide free interactive tools, including tools available through Iconiq Vision Studio, such as digital planning, vision-board, logo-design, and other creative experiences. These tools are provided as creative resources and may evolve over time. Unless otherwise stated, interactive tools are offered free of charge and do not require a subscription.

Where a tool states that information is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining your own device, browser data, backups, and downloaded files. Clearing browser storage, changing devices or browsers, using private browsing, or modifying certain browser settings may cause locally stored information to be lost. We are not responsible for information or projects lost because of device failure, browser storage deletion, user action, software changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. LOGO STUDIO AND USER-CREATED DESIGNS

Logo Studio is a creative design tool intended to help users create and customize original logo concepts. You may use and download designs you create through Logo Studio for personal or commercial purposes. However, Quietly Iconiq and Stephanie Anastasia do not guarantee that any generated or customized name, logo, symbol, design, phrase, combination, or other output is unique or legally available for use.

Using Logo Studio does not constitute a trademark search, copyright clearance, legal review, or guarantee of intellectual-property rights. Before using a logo commercially, registering a business, filing a trademark application, or investing substantially in a brand identity, you are responsible for conducting appropriate searches and obtaining professional legal advice when necessary. You are also responsible for ensuring that materials you upload to Logo Studio are materials you have the right to use.

5. USER UPLOADS

Some interactive tools may allow you to upload images or other materials. You retain responsibility for the materials you upload. You represent that you own those materials or have sufficient permission to use them. You may not knowingly upload material that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights. Where an interactive tool expressly states that uploads remain locally within your browser or device, those materials are not intentionally collected or stored by Quietly Iconiq through that tool.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the original content and creative materials appearing on the Sites—including branding, graphics, website design, written content, original artwork, templates, downloadable materials, and other original creative works—belong to Quietly Iconiq, Stephanie Anastasia, or their applicable rights holders. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Sites or their underlying intellectual property to you. Third-party trademarks, product names, logos, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

7. FREE DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Free digital downloads are provided for personal use unless a particular download expressly states otherwise. You may download and enjoy these materials for your own personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, sublicense, upload for resale, claim authorship of, or commercially distribute the original downloadable files without written permission.

8. AFFILIATE LINKS AND PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS

Some links on the Sites may be affiliate links. This means we may receive a commission or other benefit when you make a purchase through certain links, potentially at no additional cost to you. Product availability, pricing, promotions, shipping, return policies, product descriptions, and other purchasing terms are controlled by the applicable third-party retailer or brand and may change without notice. A product being featured does not create a warranty or guarantee from Quietly Iconiq or Stephanie Anastasia regarding that product.

9. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

The Sites may link to third-party websites, retailers, social networks, platforms, applications, or services. Those services operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy practices, policies, and security measures. We are not responsible for the content, availability, policies, transactions, products, or actions of third-party services.

10. CREATIVE AND INFORMATIONAL CONTENT

Content provided through the Sites is intended for general informational, organizational, inspirational, or creative purposes. Nothing on the Sites should be interpreted as legal, medical, financial, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites or their systems; introduce malicious code; use automated methods to excessively scrape or extract proprietary content; impersonate another person; intentionally disrupt the Sites; or use the Sites in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.

We work to provide enjoyable and functional experiences, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, browser incompatibilities, technical problems, updates, or circumstances outside our control. We may update, modify, replace, or discontinue content or features when reasonably necessary.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Sites and their content, tools, and resources are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will always operate without interruption or error, that every output will meet a particular purpose, or that third-party information will always remain accurate or available. 14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quietly Iconiq and Stephanie Anastasia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Sites, interactive tools, downloads, external links, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

15. PRIVACY

Your use of the Sites is also subject to any Privacy Policy posted on the Sites. Certain interactive tools may be specifically designed to keep information on your device rather than transmitting it to Quietly Iconiq. Please review the privacy information presented within each tool for details about how that particular feature operates.

16. CHILDREN

The Sites are intended for a general audience and are not knowingly designed to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a child's use of online services where appropriate.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes to the Sites, interactive tools, services, or applicable requirements. When material changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the Sites following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
