This policy explains how Stephanie Anastasia ©, operating Quietly Iconiq™ Art at quietlyiconiq.com, handles information when you browse or buy digital prints.

Information involved

Our site uses your selected print names to create a checkout session. Stripe may collect your email, payment details, billing details, and other information needed for your chosen payment method. Stripe makes relevant order and payment information available to us to manage purchases, support requests, refunds, and disputes. On your return to our site, we check a Stripe session identifier, payment status, amount, currency, and purchased print names before enabling the download. The site does not receive or store your full card number.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. Website hosting may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request logs, and security events to serve and protect the site.

Cart and local storage

Your cart is saved in your browser's local storage on the domain you use. It contains only the selected print identifiers. It is not a customer account and is cleared after a successful download on the purchase return page. Clearing browser data or switching devices may remove your cart. Checkout and other third-party services may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

How we use information

We use order information to process payment, verify purchases, deliver files, answer support requests, prevent misuse or fraud, resolve disputes, keep necessary business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your checkout email for a marketing list through this shop.

Service providers and sharing

Stripe handles checkout and payment processing. Website hosting providers serve the site and may process technical data. We share information with service providers only as needed for those purposes, and may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information through this shop. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for its own practices.

Retention and security

We retain business correspondence and order records as reasonably needed for support, accounting, disputes, and legal requirements. Stripe and hosting providers follow their own retention schedules. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; please do not email payment card numbers or other sensitive information.

Your choices and requests

You can clear the cart through your browser settings. To ask about information we hold, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern, email quietlyiconiq@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request and retain information when law or legitimate business needs require it. You can contact Stripe separately about information it controls.

Children and visitors outside the United States

This shop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Site and payment data may be processed in the United States or other countries where service providers operate. If applicable law grants you additional privacy rights, those rights remain available.

We may update this policy as the shop or its services change. The date at the top will show the latest revision.
