These terms apply to purchases from Quietly Iconiq™ Art at quietlyiconiq.com, operated by Stephanie Anastasia ©. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the No Returns Policy. Please read them before paying.

Digital products and delivery

Every listed print is a digital download. No physical print, frame, or shipment is included. Each purchased print comes as a ZIP containing five PNG files in the listed sizes and a printing guide. After successful payment, the purchase return page verifies the order and starts the download. If the download does not start, use the button on that page. Keep the purchase return link so you can retry later; access may depend on the continued availability of this website and the payment record. Files are not sent by email automatically.

Personal-use license

Your purchase grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download and print the artwork for your own personal display. You may give the file to a professional printer solely to make your personal print; you must tell the printer not to retain, reuse, sell, or distribute it.

Commercial use is prohibited. You may not sell, license, sublicense, give away, share, upload, redistribute, or make the digital files available to others. You may not sell, distribute, or offer for sale any physical print or other product using the artwork. You may not use the artwork in merchandise, branding, advertising, templates, print-on-demand products, or other commercial projects without a separate written license from us. Buying a file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork.

Prices and payment

The price shown before checkout applies to the selected digital prints; any applicable taxes and final total are shown by the payment provider. Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout. We do not ask you to enter card details on this website.

All sales final

Because access to the digital files is provided after payment, purchases are final once access is enabled. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind cancellations. Read the No Returns Policy for delivery problems, duplicate charges, and rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Printing and display

Check the file ratio against your frame and print at actual size without automatic cropping. Colors can differ between screens, printers, inks, and paper. We cannot promise an exact color match or a particular result from a third-party printer.

Artwork and site

The artwork, previews, branding, and site content are owned by Stephanie Anastasia © or used with permission. You may browse the site for lawful personal use. Do not interfere with checkout, payment verification, or file delivery, or attempt to access files without purchasing them.

Limits and changes

We may update the catalog, prices, and these terms for future orders. The terms shown when you purchase govern that order. To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for a claim concerning a purchased print is limited to the amount paid for that print. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Governing law

New York law governs these terms, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
